(Tiangong Holdings) signed a joint venture agreement with Tiande Investment (Nantong) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tiande Investment"), Long Haiming, and Nantong Xiehui Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xiehui Investment") on August 22, 2025, to establish Jiangsu Tiangong Titanium Crystal New Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Joint Venture Company"). The registered capital of the joint venture company is 100 million yuan, with Tiangong Holdings contributing 60 million yuan and holding 60% of the shares. The industrial and commercial registration of the joint venture company was completed on the same day and the business license was obtained.
