A tornado occurred in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, causing minor injuries to 6 people.

Around 21:00 on August 21st, Liaoning Shenyang District Liaozhong Yanshibao Town was hit by severe convective weather, leading to power outages in some areas of Yanshibao Town and Lengzibao Town. The roofs of houses in Yanshibao Town's Yongqian, Yonghou, and Xiabaizi villages, as well as the plastic film on facilities such as agricultural greenhouses, were blown away. Preliminary reports indicate that 6 people have minor injuries and have been sent to receive medical treatment. There have been no casualties due to natural disasters. Due to the lack of electricity on site, it will take some time to verify the extent of the damage.
