*ST Huiko Announcement: On August 21, 2025, the company received a "Letter of Withdrawal" from Zibo High-tech State-owned Capital Investment Co., Ltd. and a "Notice Letter" from Ms. Chen Zhe, Mr. Ma Zheng, and Zhuhai Ruixin Investment Management Co., Ltd., terminating the control change related matters. As of the date of this announcement, the controlling shareholder, actual controller, and main business of the company have not changed. The termination of this control change related matters will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's daily operations and financial condition.
