According to the Qichacha app, recently, Huayue Offshore Wind Power Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Jianjun as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10.5 million yuan. Its business scope includes: power generation technology services; wind power generation technology services; solar power generation technology services; power generation, power transmission, power supply, etc. According to the equity penetration displayed by Qichacha, the company is wholly owned by Huaneng New Energy Co., Ltd.
