Reporters learned from the Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Statistics that from January to July, the added value of the province's industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 7.2% year-on-year, maintaining a steady growth momentum. In July, the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 6.2% year-on-year, with the equipment manufacturing industry, high-tech manufacturing industry, and digital core product manufacturing industry increasing by 8.1%, 11.6%, and 8.7% respectively, demonstrating strong development vitality. The computer, communication, and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, and railway, shipbuilding, aeronautical, and other transport equipment manufacturing industry increased by 13.9%, 10.3%, and 18.6% respectively, becoming important engines of industrial growth.
