On Wednesday's closing in New York, the US dollar fell 0.19% against the Japanese yen, to 147.39 yen, with an intraday trading range of 147.82-146.87 yen. The euro fell 0.16% against the yen, and the British pound fell 0.46%. The euro rose 0.03% against the dollar, while the pound fell 0.27% and the dollar fell 0.44% against the Swiss franc. Among the commodity currency pairs, the Australian dollar fell 0.31% against the US dollar, the New Zealand dollar fell 1.17%, and the US dollar rose 0.05% against the Canadian dollar. The Swedish krona rose 0.04% against the US dollar, and the Norwegian krone rose 0.37%. The Danish krone rose 0.04% against the US dollar, while the Polish zloty fell 0.08%.
