Orchid Science and Technology: Chairman and General Manager Liu Haishan Resigns

Orchid Science and Technology announced on the evening of August 20th that, due to job adjustments, Liu Haishan has applied to resign from the positions of Chairman of the Board, General Manager, Convener of the Board's Strategic Committee, Member of the Nomination Committee, and Member of the Remuneration and Evaluation Committee. After leaving office, Liu Haishan will no longer hold any position in the company.
