At the same time, Beijing Kunlun Internet Intelligent Industry Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Kunlun Fund") and Beijing Mileywood Network Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Mileywood") also plan to participate in the capital increase of Skywork. Among them, Kunlun Fund plans to convert the 200 million yuan convertible bond provided earlier into equity investment in this round; Mileywood plans to invest 100 million yuan.
