Partial share pledge release and extension by controlling shareholder of Fuda Corporation.

Recently, Guilin Fuda Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Fuda Group, holds 343,134,040 shares of the company, accounting for 53.10% of the total share capital. This time, 28,000,000 shares were pledged, accounting for 8.16% of the total shares held and 4.33% of the total company shares; 37,500,000 extension shares were processed, accounting for 10.93% of the total shares held and 5.80% of the total company shares. After the procedures were completed, Fuda Group has a total of 132,120,000 shares pledged, accounting for 38.50% of the total shares held and 20.45% of the total company shares.
