Hongwei Technology announced that its holding subsidiary, Changzhou Xindongneng Semiconductor Co., Ltd., has received a designated notification from a leading domestic new energy vehicle company, confirming Xindongneng as the supplier for the SiCMOSFET device project of the client. This designated notification does not constitute a substantive order, and the company has not yet signed a formal sales contract with the aforementioned client. The timing of contract signing and performance arrangements are still uncertain. The total amount of the project, specific implementation, performance terms, and other relevant content will be subject to the officially signed contract.
