On August 19th local time, Google proposed to modify its Play Store terms and conditions for developers to avoid fines for violating EU tech rules. Google stated in a blog post that it will modify the fees charged to developers for app downloads and make it easier for developers to guide users to discounts and promotions outside of their own app store.
