Airlines with flight segments accounting for less than 2% of the total flight segments of domestic passenger airlines are classified as other domestic passenger airlines. In July 2025, the average on-time performance of domestic passenger airlines was 83.43%, an increase of 8.77 percentage points compared to the previous year. Major domestic airports are classified based on their passenger throughput in 2023, with airports handling more than 1% of the national passenger throughput and airports handling 0.2% to 1% of the national passenger throughput. In July 2025, the average clearance rate of major domestic airports was 85.81%, an increase of 4.9 percentage points compared to the previous year.
