Google proposes to amend the Play Store terms to avoid fines from the European Union.

On August 19th local time, Google proposed to modify its Play Store terms and conditions for developers to avoid being fined for violating EU tech rules. Google stated in a blog post that it will modify the fees charged to developers for app downloads, and make it easier for developers to direct users to discounts and promotions outside of its own app store.
