Wanhua Chemical: The TDI plant and related supporting facilities in Yantai Industrial Park will begin to be shut down for maintenance starting on August 19th.

Wanhua Chemical announced that its subsidiary, Hungary BorsodChem Chemical Company's MDI, TDI and other integrated devices and related supporting devices will be gradually shut down for maintenance starting on July 23, 2025. As of now, the maintenance of the TDI device has been completed and normal production has resumed; the MDI device will be announced separately after resumption of production. According to the annual maintenance plan, the TDI device and related supporting devices at the Yantai Industrial Park will be shut down for maintenance starting on August 19, 2025, with an expected maintenance period of about 40 days. The new TDI Phase II device at the Fujian Industrial Park has recently been completed and put into operation, producing qualified products.
