Anhui Wantong Highway (00995) and other members of the S98 consortium have established a joint venture company to implement the project related to the Anhui section of the S98 QuanJiao to Lukou Highway.

The Zhitong Finance APP news, Anhui Wan Tong Expressway (00995) announced that on August 20, 2025, the company entered into a joint venture agreement with other members of the S98 consortium to establish the S98 joint venture company. The total investment of the consortium in the S98 joint venture company will amount to 1.01 billion Chinese yuan, with Anhui Jiaokong Group, the company itself, Shui'an Construction Company, Kaiyuan Bridge Company, Jiaokong Engineering, Jiaokong Construction, and Xunjie Logistics contributing 484.84 million yuan, 202.02 million yuan, 151.51 million yuan, 151.51 million yuan, 10.1 million yuan, 5.05 million yuan, and 5.05 million yuan respectively. The expected initial registered capital of the joint venture company after registration is 100 million Chinese yuan.
