Announcement of Property Preservation Progress by Liaoning Fu'an Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. The company was sued by Chifeng Fuling Building Materials Co., Ltd. due to a dispute over an engineering contract. In a previous trial, the company was ordered to compensate for various expenses. The company appealed the decision, and the case was sent back for retrial. On August 15, 2025, the retrial of the first instance ordered the company to pay Fuling Construction Repair Costs of 7,288,645 yuan, as well as bear some of the acceptance fees, preservation fees, and appraisal fees, with a total amount involved of 7,916,465.52 yuan. The company is actively responding to this situation, and the final judgment and execution results are uncertain. This does not currently affect daily operations, and there are no other major undisclosed lawsuits.
