The issuance of the "Notice on Strengthening the Management of Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects" aims to regulate the entire process of wind power and photovoltaic project development and construction, fully tap into the potential of centralized photovoltaics and wind power application in abandoned mines and other unused land. The focus is on constructing decentralized wind power projects in industrial parks such as the urban sub-center, Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, Future Science City Energy Valley, Fangshan District New Energy Storage Demonstration Industrial Park, and Daxing District Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park, as well as rural areas.
