The transfer involves 11.8 million shares, accounting for 5.02% of the total share capital of the company, with the nature of the shares being freely tradable. The transfer price is 198 million yuan. After the transfer, Yang Xianjin and its concerted parties collectively hold 68.8466 million shares of the company, accounting for 29.30% of the total share capital, still being the controlling shareholder of the company; Jiayi Xinghe No. 2 holds 11.8 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.02% of the total share capital, becoming the second largest shareholder of the company.
