In the first half of 2025, the per capita disposable income of residents in Heilongjiang Province increased by 5.3% year-on-year.

According to a sampling survey conducted by the Heilongjiang investigation team of the National Bureau of Statistics, in the first half of 2025, the per capita disposable income of residents in Heilongjiang Province was 14,881 yuan, an increase of 5.3% compared to the previous year, with growth rates in line with the national average. The per capita disposable income of urban residents was 18,912 yuan, an increase of 4.8% compared to the previous year, with a growth rate 0.1 percentage points higher than the national average. The per capita disposable income of rural residents was 8,817 yuan, an increase of 5.6% compared to the previous year, with a growth rate 0.3 percentage points lower than the national average.
