Li Tao has been appointed as the party secretary and president of Yunnan Branch of the People's Bank of China.

The "Institutional Leadership" section of the Yunnan Branch of the People's Bank of China shows that Li Tao has been appointed as the Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Yunnan Branch of the People's Bank of China, as well as the Director of the Yunnan Sub-Branch of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange. Previously, Han Biao served as the Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Yunnan Branch of the People's Bank of China. It is understood that Li Tao has previously served as the Vice President of the Shaanxi Branch of the People's Bank of China and as the Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Jiangsu Branch.
