Xiaopeng Motors announcement, the company and Volkswagen Group jointly announced that, following the signing of the electronic electrical architecture technology strategic cooperation agreement on July 22, 2024, based on the consensus of both parties on expanding the application scope of electronic electrical architecture and the Volkswagen Group's realization of platformization of electronic electrical architecture in cross-platform and cross-power source forms, the two parties have signed an agreement to expand their strategic cooperation in electronic electrical architecture technology. The signing of this expanded cooperation agreement marks that the industry-leading electronic electrical architecture jointly developed by both parties will not only be integrated into Volkswagen's pure electric vehicle platform in the Chinese market, but will also be deployed to Volkswagen's fuel-powered and plug-in hybrid vehicle platform in the Chinese market.
