The Intelligent Finance and Economics APP reported that SF Real Estate Investment Trust (02191.HK) announced its mid-year performance for 2025, with an income of approximately 230 million Hong Kong dollars, a year-on-year increase of 3.4%; net property income of approximately 192 million Hong Kong dollars, a year-on-year increase of 6%; distributable income of approximately 119.5 million Hong Kong dollars, a year-on-year increase of 0.2%; and a distribution of 13.11 Hong Kong cents per fund unit.
