The total number of containers for the year so far is 118.496 million TEU, an increase of 4.7% compared to the previous year. In July, the mainland terminals handled 13.647 million TEU, an increase of 0.4% compared to the previous year, while the overseas terminals handled 3.231 million TEU, a decrease of 3.9% compared to the previous year. The total amount of general cargo in July was 103 million tons, an increase of 10.6% compared to the previous year. The total amount of general cargo for the year so far is 734 million tons, an increase of 0.7% compared to the previous year.
