Liu Liehong, director of the National Bureau of Statistics, said: Last year, 21 policies such as the development and utilization of public data resources were introduced, and this year more than 10 institutional policies such as data property rights will be launched. A number of data enterprises focusing on data aggregation, sharing, development and utilization are emerging, standards and specifications are constantly being introduced, data transactions are becoming more active, and a national integrated data market is being rapidly established. In addition, at the national level, the "data element x" action is being implemented in depth, and demonstration scenarios for public data "getting up and running" are being carried out to fully release the value of data elements driven by scenarios.
