Zhongqi New Materials: Chen Yaomin acquires 9.3343 million shares.

Zhongqi Xincai announced that the company's shareholders, Hainan Yuming Hua Entrepreneurial Investment Co., Ltd. and Mr. Chen Yaomin, have completed the transfer registration procedures for 9.3343 million shares. After the transfer, Mr. Chen Yaomin holds 52.0328 million shares of the company, accounting for 28.28% of the total share capital, and becoming a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company. This transfer further consolidates the control of Xingkong Technology and its concerted action parties over the company, and will not result in changes to the company's controlling shareholders or actual controllers.
