India makes the final ruling on the third anti-dumping sunset review of linen fabric.

According to the information from the China Trade Remedy Information Network, on August 8, 2025, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued a notice affirming the third anti-dumping final ruling of sunset review on flax fabrics [Woven Fabric] with flax content exceeding 50% originating from or imported from mainland China and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and recommended to continue imposing a 5-year anti-dumping duty. The dumping duties recommended are 2.36 US dollars/meter for mainland China and 1.14 US dollars/meter for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This case involves products under Indian customs code 5309.
