China Construction Bank announced the notice regarding the fiscal interest subsidy for personal consumption loans, stating that they will actively respond to and strictly implement the guidelines, and orderly carry out the related work of interest subsidy for personal consumption loans. Starting from September 1, 2025, subsidies will be provided to customers who meet the requirements specified in the notice.
