Journalists learned from the Publicity Department of Lanzhou City that Yuzhong County has preliminarily formulated the "Disaster Risk Transfer and Mass Settlement Transition Plan" and the "Mountain Torrent Disaster Post-Disaster Recovery and Reconstruction Plan", and proposed planning and compilation lists. Currently, all the disaster-damaged roads in Yuzhong County have been cleared for emergency access. 7 of the 10kV lines that were shut down due to the disaster have been fully repaired, and power has been restored to all 15,037 households that were without electricity. A total of 349 base stations have been repaired, restored, or taken out of service, with the remaining 117 stations being repaired with full effort. Communication has been restored to normal in 23 villages in 5 severely affected townships in Yuzhong County. Water supply has been ensured for Marlian Tan Village, Shangzhuang Village, Jiuzhuanggou Village, Yangli Village, Baijiapu Village in Mapo Township, and Xinglong Mountain Village in Chengguan Town through unified water delivery and self-owned water wells. Water supply has been restored in Chengguan Town, Xiaokangying Township, and Xiaguanying Town, which are served by the Xinglong Water Plant. According to the Gansu Provincial Department of Water Resources, there are currently two professional comprehensive water quality testing teams conducting sample testing of the water supply in resettlement sites, large-scale water supply projects, and small centralized water supply projects. As of 6:00 pm on August 12, a total of 24 water sources, factory water, and household tap water have been tested, and all have met quality standards.
