Zhixin Finance APP news, Beihai Kangcheng-B (01228.HK) announced that on August 12, 2025 (before the trading period), the Company entered into a subscription agreement with subscriber Baiyang Health Industry International Trading Co., Ltd. Under the agreement, the Company has conditionally agreed to issue and the subscriber has conditionally agreed to subscribe for 74.9715 million subscription shares, at a subscription price of HK$1.34 per subscription share. The subscription price of HK$1.34 per subscription share represents a discount of approximately 19.76% to the closing price of HK$1.67 per share reported on the HKEX on August 11, 2025 (i.e. the last trading day).
