Announcement made by Anbipen on the evening of August 13th, the company's shareholder Nanjing Qianjing Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.79%, or 1.6773 million shares, through centralized bidding and block trading.
