Zhtng Cijng APP news, Hngj Dxn (002492.SZ) announced that the company plans to establish Hangzhou Guk Venture Capital Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) with partners such as Shanghai Guk Lnghu Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guk Lnghu"). The scale of Hangzhou Guk Fund will not exceed RMB 400 million. The company plans to contribute no more than RMB 200 million in self-raised funds, accounting for no more than 50% of the total capital contribution of the partnership enterprise.
