Zhifinance APP News, RuiXin Technology (300828.SZ) announced that on August 13, 2025, the company received a notice from Huangshan Kaitoulingdun Entrepreneurship Investment Co., Ltd. ("Kaitoulingdun"). Kaitoulingdun acquired a total of 40,299,800 shares of the company held by Guozhang, Guojia, and Wang Jing through agreement transfer, accounting for 24.22% of the company's total share capital at present (representing 24.43% of the total share capital of the company after deducting the shares held in the repurchase account). The matter has obtained the confirmation opinion issued by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and the transfer registration procedures of the relevant shares have been completed at China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd., obtaining the "Securities Transfer Registration Confirmation Letter". Therefore, the controlling shareholder of the company has changed to Kaitoulingdun, and the actual controller of the company has changed to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Huangshan City People's Government (referred to as "Huangshan City State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission").
