Platinum New Materials: Intends to jointly invest with Paipu Fund and other partners to establish an industrial investment fund.

Platinum Technology's announcement, the company plans to jointly invest with Beijing Paipu Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. and other partners to establish the Wuxi Paipu Chunzhiyang Entrepreneurship Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise, with a fund size of 250 million RMB. The company, as a limited partner, will subscribe for a capital contribution of 80 million RMB, accounting for 32% of the total capital contribution. The investment fund will focus on new materials, new technologies, and advanced manufacturing industries in the fields of semiconductors, artificial intelligence, etc., aiming to achieve industry synergy and resource complementarity with the company's existing business. The general partner of the investment fund is Paipu Fund, an enterprise controlled by Mr. Ruan Jialin, a shareholder of 5% or more, director, vice general manager, and secretary of the board of directors, constituting a related party transaction.
