Fudan Fuhua Announcement: The company's holding subsidiary Fuhua Information plans to contribute 48.87 million yuan to participate in the capital increase of Lianguangyuanhe Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. with a total scale of 399 million yuan. After the capital increase, Fuhua Information will hold 3.06% equity of Lianguangyuanhe. Lianguangyuanhe focuses on research and development and manufacturing in the optical field, and the funds raised from this capital increase will be focused on the commercialization of short-medium-long range ultra-wideband high-speed communication systems. Lianguangyuan is still in the research and development stage, and it is difficult to achieve profitability in the short term.
