Hua Jian Group Announcement: Shareholder Shanghai Guosheng Co., Ltd. holds 76.7728 million shares of the company, accounting for 7.91%. In order to further optimize the state-owned equity structure, they plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 9.7033 million shares through centralized bidding from September 3, 2025 to December 2, 2025, which is no more than 1% of the total share capital of the company.
