Nanmo Biology: Haiwang Hengzong acquires 8.6797 million shares of the company.

Nanmo Biology announced that shareholders holding more than 5% of the company, Hairun Rongfeng, Kang Junningyuan, Zhangjiang Collective and Haiwang Hezong, have each signed a "Stock Transfer Agreement," transferring a total of 8,679,700 shares of the company at a price of 27.37 yuan/share to Haiwang Hezong. The agreement transfer was confirmed on August 12, 2025 through a "Confirmation of Securities Transfer Registration" issued by China Securities Registration and Clearing Corporation, with the transfer date being August 11, 2025. After the transfer is completed, Haiwang Hezong and its concerted action person Pudong New Industry hold a total of 14,022,800 shares of the company, accounting for 17.99% of the total share capital of the company. Haiwang Hezong has committed not to actively reduce its holdings of Nanmo Biology shares acquired through this transaction for a period of 12 months from the date of completion of the transfer registration of the subject shares.
