The development trend of high-tech industrial parks is characterized by scientific and technological innovation, digital transformation, sustainable development, and open cooperation. Cultural and creative industry parks show three major characteristics: digital reconstruction and efficiency improvement, cross-border integration of "culture +" and brand output.
