Cuihua Jewelry: Providing guarantee for subsidiaries

On August 12th, Cuihua Jewelry announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary in Shenzhen, Cuilu, has applied to the Shenzhen branch of Bank of Beijing for a comprehensive credit line of 100 million RMB. The company has provided joint liability guarantee for this credit line, which will be an extension of the original credit line upon expiry. Additionally, Cuilu has applied to the Shenzhen branch of Industrial Bank for a comprehensive credit line of 100 million RMB, with the company providing joint liability guarantee for this credit line as well, which will also be an extension of the original credit line upon expiry.
