Cape Verde heavy rainfall leads to 7 deaths.

The government of Cape Verde issued a statement on the 11th saying that the islands of Sao Vicente and Santo Antao were hit by heavy rain and flooding, causing at least 7 deaths, multiple people missing, severe damage to infrastructure, and both islands have been declared in a state of emergency.
