As of the date of this announcement, the relevant registration of the subscription matter is still pending. Upon completion, the Company will hold approximately 66.42% equity interest in Changzhou Lithium, while Changzhou Lithium holds 56.04% equity interest in LBM. LBM and LBM Singapore (a wholly-owned subsidiary of LBM) together hold 80% equity interest in the target company, while investors hold the remaining 20% equity interest in the target company. Upon completion, the target company will continue to be a subsidiary of the Company, and its financial performance will continue to be consolidated into the Group's accounts.
