The Zhitong Finance APP News, Century Entertainment International (00959.HK) announced that on August 1, 2025 and August 7, 2025, the company received two letters from the Stock Exchange, in which the following guidelines for the resumption of trading of company shares were outlined: (i) Addressing issues that led to the failure to issue opinions, explaining that no further opinions are needed on these issues, and disclosing sufficient information in accordance with Rule 13.50A of the Listing Rules to allow investors to make informed assessments of its financial condition; (ii) Providing evidence of compliance with Rule 13.24 of the Listing Rules; (iii) Reinstating compliance with Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules; (iv) Reinstating compliance with Rules 3.10(1), 3.21, and 13.92 of the Listing Rules; and (v) Informing the market of all important information for shareholders and other investors to assess the company's situation.
