According to the statistics of the latest sales data from the China Passenger Car Association obtained by the Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, the retail sales volume of narrow-definition passenger cars in the domestic market reached 1.837 million units in July 2025, an increase of 6.9% compared to the same period last year, but a decrease of 11.9% compared to the previous month. The cumulative sales volume from January to July was 12.74 million units, a year-on-year increase of 10.2%.
