Qidi New Materials announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller Rao Desheng holds 41.7318 million shares, accounting for 49.59% of the total share capital; it plans to reduce its holdings through centralized bidding by no more than 839,500 shares within 3 months after the disclosure of this announcement, accounting for 1% of the total share capital after deducting repurchased shares, and reduce its holdings through block trades by no more than 839,500 shares, accounting for 1% of the same base, with a total not exceeding 1.6791 million shares, accounting for 2.00% of the company's total share capital.
