China Railway Tunnel Development Co., Ltd. has learned that the country's first large-scale vertical model in the field of tunnels and underground spaces was released on the 10th, developed by the China Railway Tunnel Bureau Tunnel Boring Machine and Intelligent Operation and Maintenance National Key Laboratory. According to the head of the development team of China Railway Tunnel Bureau Tunnel Boring Machine and Intelligent Operation and Maintenance National Key Laboratory, the model relies on 773 engineering lines and 120 billion pieces of engineering construction data in the shield/TBM project big data center, and has built a large-scale vertical model technology system driven by small and medium-sized models. Currently, the model has been validated in projects such as the plateau railway tunnel, the Chongtai Yangtze River tunnel, and the Shenjiang Railway Pearl River Estuary tunnel, ensuring safe, high-quality, efficient, and environmentally friendly tunnel construction and promoting the industry's transformation and upgrade towards digitalization.
