ST Silicon announced on the evening of August 10 that due to changes in the company's ownership, the company has recently received resignation reports from Chairman and President Cai Nanguo, Director Tang Lin, Director and Executive Vice President Liu Dawen, Director and Vice President Li Jianfeng, Director, Vice President, and Secretary of the Board of Directors Zhang Xu, Director Deng Yongjun, Independent Director Pan Chuanyun, Independent Director Chen Xiaoxin, Independent Director Li Gongfen, and Vice President Wang Xing. Before the election of new directors at the company's shareholders' meeting, the above directors will continue to fulfill their duties as directors and members of the board's special committees.
