Henan: Support enterprises to jointly build artificial intelligence industry empowerment centers with universities and research institutes.

The People's Government of Henan Province recently issued the "Henan Province Support Policies and Measures for the Ecological Development of the Artificial Intelligence Industry", which proposes deepening the cultivation of application scenarios. It supports industry regulatory departments and enterprises to open up artificial intelligence application scenarios, and adopt large-scale products and services that have been tested and evaluated as qualified. It supports the planning and construction of major application scenarios, and provides funding support of up to 200,000 yuan at the provincial level for benchmark projects with industry influence each year, based on a standard of not exceeding 30% of the project investment amount. It also supports enterprises in jointly building artificial intelligence industry empowerment centers with universities and research institutes. For the provincial artificial intelligence industry empowerment centers, based on construction tasks, empowerment effects, and application promotion, a one-time maximum of 200,000 yuan in funding support will be provided.
