Henan: Enterprises that have new generative artificial intelligence models approved by the National Internet Information Office will receive a one-time fund support of 1 million yuan.

The Henan Provincial People's Government recently issued the "Henan Province's Policies and Measures to Support the Ecological Development of the Artificial Intelligence Industry", which proposes strengthening the research and application of models. Support enterprises and institutions to carry out research, filing, and application of large artificial intelligence models. Enterprises that have newly filed with the National Internet Information Office for generative artificial intelligence models will receive a one-time funding support of 1 million RMB. Enterprises that independently develop and publicly release large artificial intelligence models with good market application effects will receive a maximum of 1 million RMB in funding support. Establish a computing power platform operation settlement sharing mechanism with computing power vouchers as the core, with an annual total distribution scale not exceeding 50 million RMB. Enterprises, research institutions, universities, etc. that use computing resources from supercomputing centers, artificial intelligence computing centers with a scale of over 100 PFLOPS, and data centers with over 1000 standard racks, will be rewarded with 20% of the computing resource usage fee. Each user unit can receive up to 1 million RMB in computing power vouchers per year, with the required funds shared equally by the provincial and municipal finance departments at a 1:1 ratio.
