Union of South American Nations: US offering a reward to charge Maduro is a violation of international law.

On August 8th local time, the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America (ALBA) issued a statement condemning the accusations and rewards offered by US Attorney General Barr against Venezuelan President Maduro. The statement said that Barr's accusations against Maduro being involved in drug trafficking violate international law and are a delusional attack aimed at spreading false propaganda against Venezuela and diverting the international community's attention from the serious systemic crimes committed by the US every day.
