The investigation conclusions and handling results are now reported as follows: After investigation, it was found that there were problems in the talent introduction of the lecturer group, such as setting up positions for individuals, inadequate implementation of supervision work, and non-standard decision-making procedures. Based on the investigation results, the results of the 2025 lecturer group talent introduction examination are determined to be invalid. According to regulations and disciplinary rules, the main person in charge of the lecturer group will be dismissed, receive a serious warning within the party, be demoted, and the relevant person in charge of talent introduction will be given a warning.
