Shanxi issues yellow warning for geological hazards and meteorological risks.

On August 9, the Shanxi Provincial Department of Natural Resources and the Shanxi Provincial Meteorological Bureau jointly issued a geological disaster meteorological risk warning. It is expected that from 8 p.m. on August 9 to 8 p.m. on August 10, parts of Ruicheng County, Yongji City, and Yicheng County in Linfen City of Yuncheng City in Shanxi Province will be at level three of geological disaster meteorological risk warning, with a higher risk of geological disasters. The local governments, departments, and residents in the above-mentioned areas should take corresponding preventive measures according to the warning level, strengthen pre-rain inspection, mid-rain inspection, and post-rain verification.
